Murphy USA Inc. is hiring a part-time Shift Lead in Bentonville, AR. You will deliver prompt, friendly customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, and support the Store Manager to meet store goals.

The role requires cashier experience and a high school diploma or GED. You’ll work in a fast-paced convenience store environment with potential for advancement to Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 6 months related experience.
• Minimum 3 months cashier experience.
• Must be 18+ (21+ in some states) and have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register and ensure product availability.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support Store Manager and lead team to meet goals.
