Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. is hiring for a part-time Shift Lead at our Alabama location. You will supervise the front-end team, ensure efficient customer service, and assist with daily store operations to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

Must be 18+ years old (varies by state) and have a high school diploma or GED.
Minimum 6 months of related job experience.
Requires minimum 3 months of cashier experience.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
Operate cash register.
Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Support the Store Manager in all store operations.
Help lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives.
Perform job related duties as assigned.
In the absence of management provide backup duties including daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering and training new employees.
