Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring part-time Shift Leads to provide prompt, friendly customer service and oversee daily store operations. You’ll manage cash, assist customers with purchases, and help drive the store’s performance while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Must have minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• Must be 18+ years of age where applicable by state law.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Responding to and resolving customer requests and concerns.
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operating cash register and ensuring checkout accuracy.
• Ensuring fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Helping lead the team to exceed store performance goals.
