Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. is seeking a part-time Shift Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and assist with store operations. You will help supervise cashiers, handle transactions, and ensure products and fuel are readily available while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (19+ in IN, 20 in KY, 21 in AL+ states).
• High school diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Requires minimum 3 months of cash handling/cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Lead the team to meet or exceed store performance goals.
