Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. is hiring for a part-time Shift Lead at our Colorado location. You will provide prompt, courteous service, handle cash transactions, and assist customers with purchases and fuel. You’ll support the Store Manager, help lead the team, and help maintain cleanliness and safety in the store.

Ideal candidates have 3+ months cashier experience, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation. This role offers opportunities for advancement and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of cashier experience.
• Must be 18+ years old (21+ in e.g. CO for some jurisdictions).
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to perform repeated bending, standing and reaching.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Lead the team to meet store performance goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
