Murphy USA Inc. is hiring part-time Shift Leads to join our nationwide, store-based team. This role focuses on delivering prompt customer service, assisting with purchases and fuel transactions, and supporting store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of related job experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, bend and reach for extended periods; may lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Responding to and resolving customer's requests and concerns.
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operating cash register and maintaining accuracy of sales.
• Ensuring fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Helping lead the team to exceed store performance goals.
• Performing job-related duties as assigned.
• In the absence of management, handling daily tasks and training new employees.
