Qualifications

• 18+ years of age (varies by state).
• High school diploma or GED (or 6 months related experience).
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise availability.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Lead the team to exceed store performance goals.
• Perform duties as assigned; backup duties in manager’s absence.
