Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. in Gulf Breeze, FL is seeking a part-time Shift Lead to provide prompt, courteous service, assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions, and support store operations. You will help lead the team and work closely with the Store Manager to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months cashier experience.
• Must be 18+ years of age (Florida).
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Responding to and resolving customers' requests and concerns
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operating cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
• Helping lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives
• Performing job related duties as assigned
• Backup duties in the absence of management including daily/monthly paperwork, problem resolution, video review, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product counts and training new employees
