Murphy USA Inc. is hiring immediately for part-time Shift Leads at our Alabama location. You will provide prompt customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the cash register, and help lead the team toward store goals.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Responding to and resolving customer requests and concerns.
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operating cash register.
• Ensuring fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Helping lead the team to exceed store performance goals.
• Performing job-related duties as assigned.
• In the absence of management, provide backup duties including daily/monthly paperwork and inventory tasks.
