Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. is hiring for part-time Shift Leads in Monroeville, AL. You will provide prompt, courteous customer service, handle transactions, and assist customers with purchases and fuel.

You will support store operations and help lead the team to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment. Guaranteed hours, daily pay access, and growth opportunities from Shift Lead to Assistant Manager within months.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old in Alabama.
• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

• Performing job related duties as assigned
• Backup duties in the absence of management including paperwork, problem resolution, and training new employees
