Job summary
Sud Stop Car Wash in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a energetic Shift Lead to supervise a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift, ensuring excellent service and a safe, efficient operation.
You will train and coach staff, handle customer questions, promote memberships, and work outdoors in all weather while meeting sales goals. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred; car wash experience is a plus, but we train the right person.
Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
- Customer service and/or sales experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Weekend and holiday availability.
- Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation.
- Train and coach team members to meet Sud Stop standards.
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery.
- Monitor daily operations, equipment, and site cleanliness.
- Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals.
- Work outdoors in all weather.
