Job summary

Goodwill Dallas is seeking a Keyholder under the Team Leader's supervision to ensure world-class customer service, manage POS sales, facility security, and merchandise processing for profitable store operations.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, inventory support, loss prevention, and maintaining a safe, organized environment while aligning with Goodwill's core values of respect and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of retail experience and one year in a supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure world-class customer service at all times.
• Open and close the store, assign duties, and manage cash drawers.
• Handle incoming donation flow and loss prevention.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized, and safe facility.
• Assist with inventory control and merchandise rotation.
• Keep up with merchandise knowledge and pricing trends.
• Complete daily reports, deposits, and POS transactions accurately.
• Participate in training and other duties as assigned.
