Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service at the Point of Sale (POS).
• Open/close duties and assign cash drawer responsibilities.
• Process donations and merchandise flow.
• Maintain loss prevention and safety policies.
• Keep the store neat, organized, and secure.
• Assist in inventory control and rotation of apparel and goods.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise and pricing trends.
• Record and report daily sales, deposits, and reports.
• Adhere to company guiding principles and values.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Support other shifts as needed.
