Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to brand standards and food safety requirements. The role includes training new hires and monitoring cash handling compliance.

The position supports flexible scheduling with opportunities across multiple plazas and a pathway to demonstrate leadership in a fast-paced food service environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Train new team members and monitor for compliance with brand standards.
