Eaze is hiring a retail associate in Florida to promote and sell products, deliver outstanding service, and enhance the customer experience in-store. You will help with opening/closing as a keyholder and assist customers in-store, on the phone, and online orders.

The role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including days/nights/weekends/holidays. Prior retail or foodservice experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell products, deliver excellent customer service, and enhance the in-store experience.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder.
• Operate the POS, handle cash, and perform safe audits and change drops.
• Greet customers and assist in-store, on the phone, and with online orders.
• Support management in training new employees.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
