Job summary

Eaze, a Florida cannabis retailer, seeks a store associate to promote and sell products and deliver outstanding customer service in-store. This role includes opening and closing the store as a keyholder and ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will handle POS and cash, assist customers by phone and online orders, and maintain inventory, signage, and merchandising standards. A reliable, punctual, and cooperative team member is essential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail is preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience in hospitality/retail is valued.
• Reliable, punctual, trustworthy attitude is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products while delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder.
• Train and use the POS system, manage cash and safe audits.
• Greet and assist customers in-store, on the phone, and online orders.
• Encourage sales through engagement, product knowledge, and upselling.
• Maintain compliance with legal requirements and training binders.
• Assist with inventory, receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Uphold merchandising standards and visible signage.
• Keep store clean, neat, and well-stocked, with general housekeeping.
• Support management in training new employees.
