Job summary

Eaze in Florida is seeking a customer-focused in-store associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service. You will greet customers, process orders, manage the POS, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store while adhering to all compliance standards.

The role requires you to open/close as a keyholder, assist with inventory, and support training for new staff in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to learn POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Reliable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder, manage cash handling and safe procedures.
• Operate and train on the POS system, handle in-store and phone orders, and assist with online orders.
• Engage customers to drive sales through product knowledge and friendly service.
• Maintain visual merchandising, signage, pricing, and clean, well-stocked store.
• Support training of new employees and comply with all training and legal requirements.
• Assist with inventory receiving and stocking merchandise.
