Job summary

Eaze in Florida is seeking a front-line store associate to promote a positive customer experience and ensure compliance with store policies. You will greet customers, assist in-store and via phone, process online orders, and contribute to accurate cash handling and POS operations.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, knowledge sharing about products, and maintaining clean, well-stocked shelves while upholding merchandising standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of offer letter.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders.
• Promote sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Ensure proper and accurate use of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops.
• Uphold company policies, compliance standards, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked store and assist with inventory.
