Job summary

Eaze in Florida is seeking a Retail Associate/Keyholder to promote and sell products, deliver outstanding customer service, and manage daily store operations including opening and closing responsibilities.

You will greet customers, assist in-store, on the phone, and with online orders; maintain clean, well-stocked shelves; and ensure compliance with policies and MED standards. Prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Operate the POS, handle cash, and perform safe audits.
• Greet customers and check in with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Assist customers in-store, on the phone, and with online orders.
• Maintain merchandising, signage, and pricing accuracy.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder.
• Support training of new employees.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and MED policies.
