Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain inventory counts and pricing accuracy; support displays, signage, and merchandising.
• Assist with pricing changes and ensure compliance with local regulations.
