Walgreens in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a store key holder to manage opening/closing duties in the absence of management. You will handle cash, assist customers, and ensure shelves and back stock are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, train teammates on service best practices, and support inventory, pricing, and backroom procedures while adhering to company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Basic knowledge of store inventory control.
• Possession or ability to obtain PTCB certification or state pharmacy license.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and deliver a distinctive, delightful experience.
• Assist with inventory, pricing tasks, and backroom organization.
• Improve displays and support merchandising and resets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and local regulations.
