Job summary

Walgreens Beaverton is seeking a Store Key Holder to support daily operations and customer experience. You will open and close the store when management is unavailable, handle cash, process returns, and ensure floor and stockroom are ready for business.

You'll model a distinctive customer experience, assist with pricing, inventory, displays, and backroom duties, and support the pharmacy window as needed. Strong English, 1 year of leadership or retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking of English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling.
• Complete returns, voids, refunds, and barcode corrections while keeping records.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with displays, pricing, and backroom organization.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support the pharmacy out window when requested.
