Job summary

Walgreens in Pacifica, CA is seeking a dedicated team member to open and close the store in the absence of store management, perform required system start-ups, manage cash, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, and model service best practices to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, while supporting store operations, pricing, inventory, and vendor deliveries.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership or supervisory/retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to cash registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services, resolving issues.
• Assist with pricing, inventory accuracy, and store displays as needed.
