Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops and provides change at cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Liaisons between management and team members to communicate tasks when management is not present.
• Adheres to policies, manages basic department pricing, and supports pricing and signage accuracy.
