Job summary

• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory and pricing; supports displays and merchandising as directed.
• Assists with bookkeeping activities and basic department upkeep.
• Ensures compliance with state/local laws for regulated products and maintains professional store appearance.
