Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Engages customers and patients to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Maintains inventory counts, pricing accuracy, and compliance with local regulations.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and displays while coaching team members.
• Ensures store cleanliness, signage, and checkout accuracy; supports basic bookkeeping tasks.
