Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preference for knowledge of store inventory control.
• Arrest and conviction records may be considered in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, manage cash handling and ensure floor and stock room readiness.
• Process product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops; provide change to registers.
• Deliver customer service and resolve issues to create a distinctive customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, pricing, and displays; maintain accurate inventory and signage.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain store cleanliness and compliance.
