Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, ensuring all systems start-up and cash handling are completed.
• Handle cash, perform refunds, voids, and cash drops to the safe.
• Assist customers with products and services to provide a delightful experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization.
• Oversee basic department pricing and signage in compliance with local regulations.
• Support with vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed.
• Serve as liaison between management and team when management absent.
