Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers, greets and assists with products and services, and resolves issues.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, price changes, and basic inventory accuracy.
• Maintains store appearance, signage, and basic department pricing.
