Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management; handles required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and supports display setup, pricing, and back room organization.
• Communicates tasks to team members when management is not present and reports incidents to management.
