Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Greets customers and assists with products and services to deliver a positive experience.
• Manages key holder responsibilities, including opening back door for deliveries.
• Maintains pricing, signage, and stock rotation according to policies.
