Job summary

Walgreens in Prescott Valley is seeking a capable lead associate to open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. You will also open the back door for deliveries and help maintain daily operations.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, support inventory, pricing, merchandising, and basic bookkeeping tasks such as cash reports and ledgers.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, handling systems start-ups and cash.
• Processes returns, refunds, cash drops, and ensures accurate cash register records.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience and trains team on service best practices.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and oversees pricing and signage.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and backroom operations.
