Job summary

Walgreens Co. in Utah is hiring a Retail Key Holder to support store operations and customer service. You will open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash tasks, and ensure floor and stockroom readiness for the business day.

You will engage customers, process returns and refunds, assist with vendor deliveries, and help maintain accurate pricing and inventory while modeling Walgreens service traits to deliver a delightful shopper experience.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is preferred.
• Arrest and conviction records may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Serves as liaison between management and team by communicating tasks when store management is not present.
• Registers all related sales on assigned cash register and monitors pricing, scanning accuracy, and voids.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and backdoor access and supports reverse logistics as needed.
