Walgreens Co. in Salt Lake City is seeking a frontline lead to open the store in the manager’s absence, handle cash, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business.

You will greet customers, assist with products, and model Walgreens service traits to deliver a delightful experience. The role requires at least one year in a supervisory or key holder role, fluent English, and the ability to manage pricing, inventory, and basic store operations while supporting the pharmacy out window

Formación

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store systems, inventory accuracy, pricing, and signage per policy.
