Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy licence as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Handle product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and patients, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, backdoor opening, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain pricing, signage, and displays; support basic store operations and housekeeping.
