Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, start-up systems and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and patients, greet and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close when needed and support backroom/vendor deliveries.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pricing and signage, and assist with basic store operations.
• Assist with displays, inventory counts, and ensuring compliance with store policies.
