Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, handle system start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing changes, and shelf replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order, including back room and stock areas.
• Support with paperwork, cash reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
