Job summary

Walgreens in Boca Raton is seeking a capable team lead to support store operations in the absence of management. You will handle opening/closing, cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day, including opening the back door for deliveries.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, supervise cash handling, pricing, inventory, displays, and basic backroom operations to ensure a friendly and efficient shopping experience.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is not present, including cash handling and startup procedures.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops to the safe; provides change at registers as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, greets them, and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store inventory accuracy, pricing signage, and basic department displays; assists with stock rotations and backroom organization.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and order review/exceptions on release day.
