Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe; provide change as requested.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Serve as liaison between management and team members when management is not present.
• Assist with inventory counts and pricing as required.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance; support display resets and seasonal promotions.
