Job summary

ModWash in Orlando is hiring for a Full-time position to drive membership sales and deliver a legendary car wash experience. You’ll greet guests warmly, present ModWash packages, and guide customers to the best membership options while supporting daily site operations.

You’ll work with a dynamic team to hit sales goals, perform opening/closing duties, and keep equipment and facilities in top condition. A customer-first attitude and flexibility are key.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
