Job summary

ModWash in Darlington, SC is hiring for a Full-Time Customer Service role focused on delivering a legendary car wash experience. You will educate customers on the value of membership packages, drive sales, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

The position requires flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, with duties ranging from sales to site operations. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team that values awesome service, reliability, and helping customers keep their vehicles

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Able to greet customers with a friendly demeanor and assist with packages or memberships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and membership options.
• Engage with customers before and after wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Handle opening/closing site duties and maintain site standards.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Oversee productivity, breaks, and safety of employees.
• Seek ways to improve the business and ensure policy compliance.
• Keep facilities clean and presentable.
