Job summary

You will assist with vendor deliveries, returns, refunds, and price changes while delivering a consistently friendly customer experience to shoppers and patients.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management and handles required cash and systems start-ups.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience to shoppers and patients.
• Greets customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Manages store keys, back door access for deliveries, and supports vendor orders.
• Registers sales, notes scanning errors, price verifications, and voids; participates in pricing tasks.
• Reviews order exceptions, handles reverse logistics, and assists with displays and resets.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, and on-hand counts.
• Ensures compliance with local laws on regulated items and completes basic bookkeeping tasks.
