Job summary

Pacific Bells, LLC is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise daily restaurant operations. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate preparation, packaging, and payment handling. Maintain cleanliness across all areas and assist with opening/closing tasks while coaching staff for service excellence.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and compliance with food safety standards. Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Good hygiene and reliable transportation.
• Positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.
• Duties and responsibilities may change at management's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks according to standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks and manage shifts to ensure fair treatment.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members and report safety issues.
