Pacific Bells, LLC is hiring a Shift Lead for our Wauwatosa, WI location. This hourly management role covers operating hours, supervises staff, and ensures high standards of customer service, cleanliness, food safety, and speed of service.

You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, assist with food prep, restock supplies, and supervise shifts. The position requires a minimum 18 years of age and at least 6 months of supervisory experience; a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• 6+ months in a shift management or supervisory role
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsabilités

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take orders accurately
• Prepare and package food and drinks according to restaurant standards
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant (front of house, back of house, restrooms)
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed
• Restock inventory and supplies and manage shift coverage
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members and assist with opening/closing tasks
