Job summary

Pacific Bells, LLC is seeking a Shift Lead for our Citrus Heights location. This hourly role provides management coverage during operating hours and direct supervision of staff, ensuring fast, friendly service and high standards of cleanliness.

You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, assist with food prep, and monitor safety and food quality. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in a supervisory role, strong communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Strong preference for internal candidate who has completed required training and certifications.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role in a service business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Hygiene standards and reliable transportation.
• Positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant (back of house, lobby, restrooms).
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks and staff coaching.
