Job summary

Kinney Drugs is seeking a supervisor responsible for leading in the absence of store management. The role includes opening/closing duties, supervising the crew, and representing management in customer service matters.

The position requires completing mandatory training and complies with all regulatory requirements. This role involves additional duties as assigned and supports daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher
• 2 or more years previous experience in related position preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management
• Carry out opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• Supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
