Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a coffeehouse team with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will supervise operations, coach partners, and uphold quality beverages and food to standard recipes while maintaining store safety and cash handling procedures.

This role requires 6 months of customer-facing experience, the ability to delegate tasks, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to prepare and coach beverage/food production to standard recipes or modify as requested
