Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, mentor partners, and ensure quality beverages and food that meet standard recipes. You will coordinate tasks, handle cash, and uphold store safety while creating a welcoming environment for customers.

Ideal candidates have six months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Maintain regular attendance, punctuality and flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations as a shift supervisor with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community
• Direct and coordinate team tasks, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction
• Model and coach standard recipe execution and customer service to meet store policies
• Maintain safety, cash handling, and store security while delivering consistent experiences
