Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming coffeehouse for the community. You will mentor teammates, manage shift operations, and maintain quality beverages and food to meet store standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Six (6) months of experience in roles with customer interaction and fulfilling requests
• At least six (6) months experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees

Responsibilities
