Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, including with accommodations.
• Six months of customer-facing or shift experience.
• Ability to coach beverage/food prep to standard recipes.
• Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during shifts to ensure friendly service.
• Prepare and coach staff on beverages/food per recipes.
• Handle cash and uphold store safety and security.
• Coordinate tasks among team members and delegate as needed.
• Drive guest experience and community hospitality.
